The holiday blitz is real and IT…IS…HERE! During this busy time of year, we need to remember to take some time out for ourselves. A little exercise each day can help you keep a laser focus on that growing holiday to do list. A fun way to get that exercise is with Fit4Kids’ favorite holiday song, “The 12 Days of Fitmas”.

A sky reach for me and you.

On the 2nd day of Fitmas, this blog post had me do,
2 toe touches and a sky reach for me and you.

On the 3rd day of Fitmas, this blog post had me do,
3 side bends, 2 toe touches, and a sky reach for me and you.

On the 4th day of Fitmas, this blog post had me do,
4 cross crawls, 3 side bends, 2 toe touches, and a sky reach for me and you.

On the 5th day of Fitmas, this blog post had me do,
5 jumping jacks, 4 cross crawls, 3 side bends, 2 toe touches, and a sky reach for me and you.

On the 6th day of Fitmas, this blog post had me do,
6 long lunges, 5 jumping jacks, 4 cross crawls, 3 side bends, 2 toe touches, and a sky reach for me and you.

On the 7th day of Fitmas, this blog post had me do,
