Lunging Santa!


The holidays are fast approaching as are all the parties and happy celebrations that come with this time of year. Time is tight during this season, but don’t for-go your fitness. In an effort to help you, and your children or students, keep up with your fitness routine, we created a 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!

Perform this workout just like the song The 12 Days of Christmas: Day 1 is a one minute plank. Day 2 is two toe touches and one minute plank. Day 3 is three side bends, two toe touches and one minute plank. And so it goes all the way to Day 12. For an extra challenge, perform all 12 rounds in one workout!
