“Do you wanna build a snowman?” Get outside the next time it snows and build winter’s favorite snow person.
Gather pinecones and make a craft. Try hanging them from your door or make a bird feeder.
Practice yoga together. Get your family’s zen on with a kid-friendly yoga video and practice as a family.
Play winter-themed indoor games. From sock puppets to hot snowball and a penguin relay, these indoor games will keep your kiddos entertained when it’s too cold to go outside.
The 12 Days of Fitness Video will walk you through 12 exercises to the tune of ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’. Play one part each day, adding on to get to the 12th day or play it as one (LONG) video!
We also have a 12 Days of Fitness Challenge! Perform this workout just like the song The 12 Days of Christmas: Day 1 is a one minute plank. Day 2 is two toe touches and one minute plank. Day 3 is three side bends, two toe touches and one minute plank. And so it goes all the way to Day 12. For an extra challenge, perform all 12 rounds in one workout!
