Head to Union Market in Church Hill anytime from 4pm – close on 10/4 to celebrate Fit4Kids’ birthday! We’ll receive 10% of all draft beer, wine by the glass, and prepared food sales. Grab a drink and dinner or get a delicious sandwich to go for you or the whole family! No need to RSVP – the more the merrier!

Jump on a bike at Boho Cycle Studio (Museum District location) on 10/15 at 11:15am for a fun donation-based class supporting Fit4Kids. It’s the perfect way to get a workout in and support Fit4Kids! There are only 30 bikes available so don’t wait to sign up!

Watch a learning garden lesson at Ruby Carver Elementary and see how our Garden Educators work with kids and use the garden as an outdoor classroom on 10/19 from 2:30-4pm. To sign-up or learn more, please email Leigh Busby.

Love golf and excited about the Dominion Charity Classic coming to Richmond 10/19-22?! Fit4Kids is an official charity partner for the Birdies for Charity program. Support us through their website and the PGA will add an additional 10% donation!


Join us for the 2017 Make a Difference Day 5K on Saturday, 10/28, hosted by The Pediatric Connection. This is an event for all ages (strollers welcome!). Enjoy a fun 5k race, local brews and food trucks, live music, raffles, a silent auction, kids games, and so much more! Proceeds from this event will benefit Greater Richmond Fit4Kids and local nonprofits, Sportable and ChildSavers. Sign up to run, jog, walk, or volunteer here!



Help introduce kids to new and delicious fruits and veggies! Volunteer for Richmond Public Schools’ Fruit and Veggie Week, October 23rd-27th. Volunteers will pass out a variety of fruits and vegetables during the lunch period,

Enjoy a delicious dinner of farm-to-table southern fare by Lunch | Supper with local wine and beer while connecting with other community partners and friends committed to growing wellness programming in the Richmond area. Live music by the Slack Family Bluegrass Band will also be part of this spectacular night, taking place in Lunch│Supper’s event space and backyard urban garden. You won’t want to miss this event benefiting our area’s children.
